Unlock Real Change. It’s Time To Empower Yourself Beyond Fitness And Nutrition.

In order to successfully overhaul your health and well-being, building habits must form the foundations of your journey.
It’s that simple.
Because we all know that eating well won’t transform your health if you only keep it up for a week. And one workout won’t suddenly get you into peak fitness.
The key to becoming the best version of yourself is long-term, sustained consistency.
So, how do you develop the habits that will get you where you so desperately want to be?
Naturally, when we think about achieving health and lifestyle changes, our mind drifts towards the word motivation.
When we want to finally take action, we feel like we must wait around for that perfect moment to strike.
And once we’re knee-deep into our journey, we frantically seek inspiration in an attempt to keep us moving forward.
But herein lies the problem…
Motivation Gets You Nowhere - Here’s Why:
In the pursuit of achieving health, fitness, and lifestyle goals, many fall into the trap of relying solely on motivation to drive their actions.
But this can be wildly problematic - this mindset almost always slams the brakes on any progress you have the potential to make.
Because when you rely on motivation to get yourself where you want to be, inconsistency becomes inevitable.
See, motivation fluctuates over time - that’s just its nature. It can be high in the beginning, but almost certainly dwindles as challenges and obstacles arise.
Think New Year's Resolutions.
The fresh start of a brand new year gives you the drive you need to start strong, and turn over a new leaf.
But as you cross the weeks off of the calendar, the gloss of this fresh start begins to wear off, and your enthusiasm reflects this.
Your motivation begins to trend downwards, and your newfound ‘habits’ become not so habitual.
When you allow your progress to be dictated by your level of motivation, your actions become inconsistent; you live in a perpetual state of taking 2 steps forward, and 3 steps back.
So, how do you free yourself of this motivation trap? What can you do to ensure your actions are consistent, sustainable, and keep you on an upwards trajectory?
One word: momentum.
Note: Forget motivation… Start implementing my simple and proven habit stacking, mindset and holistic fat loss strategies that are going to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Click for details.
Motivation Vs Momentum: What’s The Difference?
When you’re trying to build better habits and redesign how you show up in the world, you have a choice to make: will your actions be driven by motivation, or momentum?
And this is a choice that has the power to make or break your chances of success.
So what exactly is the difference between these two forces?
Motivation is a sudden, short-term burst of inspiration that drives you to take action.
It’s typically sparked by an external source; a new year, a change in your circumstances, or even seeing other people living the type of life you desire.
Motivation is fleeting and unpredictable, and leads to inconsistent action.
Momentum on the other hand, is long-term and self-sustaining.
It results in unfluctuating forward movement that feels like second nature.
It is steady, reliable, and not swayed by outside forces.
Building momentum means your actions are consistent, and ensures you keep putting one foot in front of the other.
In the context of building habits, motivation is when you go like a bull out of a gate, and overhaul your entire life in one hit.
You make so many massive changes at once that it’s near impossible to sustain any of them long-term. Next thing you know, you’re right back at square one.
But momentum is all about stacking small, incremental changes over time.
Approaching lifestyle shifts in this way is much more conducive to you achieving your goals:
✅ It’s far less overwhelming - The main objective of momentum is for you to take one step forward every day; this means breaking your end goals down into bite size chunks.
This means that your progress feels more manageable; you’re able to enjoy the process, without the overwhelm.
✅ Changes and new habits are more sustainable - As we touched on earlier, the most vital aspect of long-term change is long-term consistency.
Building momentum makes you more able to have this consistency, and maintain your new habits for good.
✅ Easier to fit into your life - One of the biggest hurdles people face with lifestyle changes and habit-building is finding the time to do so - especially when trying to balance home and career time.
But breaking your big vision down into smaller steps means your new habits can slot perfectly into your busy schedule.
Over the past 17+ years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients to improve their fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. And when the process is respected, the results have been astounding.
I’ve been able to help people reach their goals and positively impact their lives, all thanks to one thing: momentum.
Throughout this time, I’ve refined my knowledge and experience with momentum down into a three-phase framework.
I call it the Meridian Method. And today, I’m going to walk you through it step-by-step.
Ready to lose the fat for good, build confidence, and improve the quality of your life...without restrictive dieting?
Motivation is great at the beginning, but does die off (for everyone)!
What truly makes a difference is having a strong, emotional reason why you are doing something, AND creating habits and routines that get you there.
Let’s focus on creating a simple and sustainable practice. It will help you get things done when motivation wanes - even on your worst days.
Don’t just live… Live BIG.
There Are 3 Ingredients You Need To Build Momentum
There are 3 things you need to get into momentum - clarity, transparency, and accountability.
Clarity refers to having a clear vision for your outcomes; what exactly do you want your life to look like? You can’t build momentum if you don’t know where you’re going.
Transparency is about being honest with yourself about your situation through use of clear scoreboards. Scoreboards give us perspective, and allow us to determine if we are making progress or not.
Accountability means to have an understanding of exactly what you are responsible for, and holding yourself to it. Owning your actions is essential to controlling and regulating your momentum long-term.
The Meridian Method is designed to put these puzzle pieces together, and teach you how to build and maintain momentum.
Get Into Momentum With The Meridian Method
My strategy takes a three-phase approach:
It begins with analyzing your current position, and prioritizing simple steps for positive changes to your everyday life by tracking your essentials (sleep, hydration, diet, mindfulness and physical activity).
You will then build upon this foundation by adding those little things that give you a zest for life, and get you out of bed in the morning.
Finally, the strategy culminates in sustaining your foundations through accountability, along with making a point of creating lasting memories to ensure you do more than just “get by.”
Each phase builds upon the lessons and practices you adopted in the previous one.
All three phases neatly bring together the concepts of clarity, transparency, and accountability to put you in the best possible position to make long lasting positive change.
The aim of this strategy is to empower you to live a fulfilling and impactful life, one step at a time.
PHASE 1: Revive
Phase 1 is all about laying the foundations for your journey.
Revive involves taking an honest look at where you are now, and zeroing in on what you envision moving forward.
By honing awareness, you will become empowered to take control of your health and well-being through small, simple steps.
In this phase, you will simplify your health and fitness protocols, and prioritize deliberate, impactful steps for achieving positive change.
HOW TO DO IT
Analyze Your Current Situation: Take a deep dive into your current situation, — be honest — and gain clarity on where you stand in terms of your physical and mental well-being.
Reflect on your current lifestyle, habits, daily routines…and hold it all up against what you envision your life to look like in the future. The discrepancies between the two are the areas you need to focus your attention on changing.
Write these observations down - not just to remember all the details, but to give yourself a record of your life as it currently looks.
It’s important that as you move along your path, you can look back on where you came from, and be proud of the progress you have made.
Remember, this step is absolutely not about dwelling on the negatives and making yourself feel bad; it’s about simply observing yourself and your life, without judgment.
The purpose of this self-analysis is to serve as a compass, and guide you towards making positive change where you need it most.
Set Deliberate Steps: Once you've identified the areas for improvement, it's time to lay out deliberate steps you can take to achieve that change.
This is where you really need to be strategic; keep in mind that any actions you plan to take must be practical for you to maintain over a long period of time.
In order to have the greatest impact, your steps should be:
Small
Simple
Actionable
For example, rather than saying that you’ll workout 6 days a week, maybe plan for 3-4 days. Instead of diving in and attempting to track everything you eat, maybe shoot for simply eating whole foods and limiting refined sugar consumption.
Small steps can have a profound impact on your physical health and overall well-being - it’s a positive change you will actually be able to sustain long-term.
💡 TIP: Learn to embrace change.
The Revive phase acts as the catalyst for positive change. It's a time of self-reflection and building a solid foundation for growth.
Embrace the process and remain patient; small, intentional actions taken consistently will yield significant results over time. And remember… If nothing changes…nothing changes.
Essentials Tracking: To hold steady on your path and monitor your progress, track the essential aspects of your health and well-being.
But even more than that, the most important aspect of essentials tracking is to discover how your action plan steps make you feel.
You must ensure that you’re not just mindlessly going through the motions and checking off a list.
Because at the end of the day, you’re on this journey to feel good about yourself, and how you live your life - your actions should facilitate that.
The essentials you’ll want to keep track of include sleep, hydration, mindfulness, physical activity and nutrition.
As a general rule of thumb, here are the targets I like to set for people:
SLEEP: 7 - 8 hours per night.
HYDRATION: half your bodyweight in ounces of water per day.
MINDFULNESS: close your eyes and be still for between 5 and 20 minutes a day; take the opportunity to sit, think, daydream, and visualize.
NUTRITION: meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar - this should be your standard diet about 80% of the time.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: This could be kettlebell and club training 3-5x / week (my preferred method(s)) — or bodyweight, dumbbell, barbell, etc… What’s really important is that it happens, not “how” it happens.
When you achieve these targets daily, you give yourself a great foundation of health and well-being to build upon.
You’ll want to track these essentials to keep yourself accountable, and keep a clear scoreboard. You can keep a physical journal, or even a spreadsheet. (hint: I give all of my clients their own master tracking sheet with a scorecard, and give them my feedback weekly)
As with your initial self-analysis, essentials tracking is merely a tool for observation, not judgment.
You won’t hit every target perfectly, every single day - this is the whole point of building momentum. It’s about practice, not perfection.
REVIVE: Your To-Do List
✅ Conduct a self-analysis - identify the key areas of your life that require change.
✅ Create a deliberate plan to make these changes - be specific. Remember to make each step small, simple, and actionable.
✅ Track your essentials, daily - sleep, hydration, mindfulness, diet and physical activity.
PHASE 2: Rise
HOW TO DO IT
Define Your Perfect Day: Just like in Phase 1, we’re going back to some good ol’ self-reflection again - but this time, I want you to think beyond the bare essentials.
Take some time to ask yourself: what would my perfect day look like?
Now, when I say “perfect day”, I don’t mean some extraordinary day where you’ve got no obligations and no restrictions - I’m talking just a regular, mundane Monday.
After all, it’s those normal, uneventful days that make up the bulk of our lives, not the big milestones. If you want to be fulfilled with your life, you must take steps to make every single day worth living.
Make a list of activities and habits that would allow you to go to sleep at night feeling fulfilled, accomplished, and content.
Like I mentioned before, the Rise phase is about adding in habits based on things you love to do. Think things like:
Spending time outdoors with your kids
Read a chapter of a book
Working on a hobby or passion project
Make this list as long as you can or want - don’t worry about whether you could realistically get it all done in one day, we’ll sort that out next.
Take Your Vitamins: It’s time to put your theoretical perfect day into practice.
I want you to take the list you just made, evaluate what habits and activities are most important or fulfilling to you, and lay out your top 7 - these are your daily Vitamins.
I call them this because just like taking vitamins, they’re not essential, but they do improve your life.
You should get most of your nutrients from your diet, so vitamins are supplementary - they can top you up where you might be falling short, and give you an extra boost.
It’s the same concept with daily Vitamins - your essentials (sleep, hydration, nutrition etc.) keep you alive, but the daily Vitamins allow you to do more of the things you love to do.
Despite my use of ‘not essential’… These extra habits and activities you will add to your routine are vital to the enjoyment of your life.
Just like with your essentials, you will want to keep track of your Vitamins (my clients track theirs alongside their essentials on their Meridian Tracking Sheet).
Your goal will be to include all 7 things in your daily routines, but keep in mind it’s exactly that - a goal.
Some days you might tick all 7 off, and that’s fantastic! Other days you might only be able to do 2, but that’s great as well.
Just like your essentials, it’s not about perfection - it’s about consistency.
💡 TIP: Growth Mindset.
On your journey, it’s inevitable that you will face obstacles and veer off course from time to time.
Change is hard - be patient with yourself.
View challenges and missteps as opportunities to learn and grow. And be sure to celebrate your achievements along the way.
Each step you take, even the ‘wrong’ ones, will bring you closer to where you want to be. Embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and maintain a resilient spirit.
Electives: For the last portion of the Rise phase, you’ll pick 4 different activities that you want to sprinkle into your life every now and then.
These will be activities that you don’t do on a daily basis, but will be something special you can look forward to on a semi-regular basis.
(Quick heads up: Don’t go too big and extravagant with these electives - we’ll get to that in Phase 3)
Date night with your partner
Going on a family hike with the kids
Making a point of meeting up and hanging with friends
Depending on your schedule, these electives may be a bit more sporadic - you may only do one once every 6 weeks rather than once a month, but that’s okay.
The purpose of this step is to really get into the swing of your momentum, and to give yourself small, yet meaningful, milestones to propel you forward.
RISE: Your To-Do List
✅ Define your perfect day - outline what activities and habits would allow you to get the most out of your daily life.
✅ Track your Daily Vitamins - pick your top 7 from the list you made, and strive to incorporate them into your daily routine.
✅ Pick and schedule your Electives.
tired of improvising and just want a simple, structured and Effective health & fitness plan?
My simple 3 Phase strategy is designed to equip you with all the tools necessary to help you get lean, get strong, and be the person you were meant to be.
Life is precious, so make the most of it.
With the Meridian Method, you’ll start thinking big, setting ambitious goals, and taking action to pursue them.
It begins when you click the link below.
Don’t just live… Live BIG.
PHASE 3: Thrive
The final phase of the Meridian Method focuses on sustaining your practice for optimal health, and creating memories to last a lifetime.
Thrive is all about integrating the lessons and practices from the previous two phases into one cohesive, maintainable lifestyle - and then some.
You’ll learn strategies to hold yourself accountable, as well as honing your commitment to leading a fulfilling life through the addition of memories, or as I like to call them — ‘Live BIG Experiences.’
By doing this, you'll unlock the power to create and sustain a life you truly love.
There’s also a special ingredient in the Thrive phase - it’s called Misogi - and we’ll get to that!
HOW TO DO IT
Accountability for Lasting Results: Accountability is all about holding yourself responsible for the actions and choices you make.
And implementing methods of holding yourself accountable is vital in order to make your transformation stick.
Otherwise, all of the hard work you’ve put in thus far will go down the drain.
There’s a variety of accountability structures you can use to keep you moving forward. Some of my favorites include:
Partnering up with a friend for activities like your fitness routine
Joining a community of like-minded people to create a support system for yourself
Conducting regular check-ins with yourself to review your progress
Or, the most effective way is to continue utilizing your Meridian Tracking Sheet - you get one when you sign up for Meridian Theory Coaching.
Accountability methods like these give you a sense of purpose, and help you to stay focused on what you’re trying to achieve.
This all adds up to increase your chances of making positive change — and maintaining it, for good.
💡 TIP: Reflect and Adapt.
The Thrive phase is an opportunity to combine the knowledge and experiences you gained in the previous phases, and create a comprehensive plan for long-term success.
Reflect on the lessons you've learned and the practices that have resonated with you.
Identify what launches you forward on your journey, and what holds you back.
Don’t be afraid to personalize and tailor these strategies to fit your needs, goals, and life.
Live BIG Experiences: One of the biggest driving forces in people’s lives is the idea of creating memories - and there's a good reason for it.
Take a moment to think back over the last year, 6 months, even the last month of your life. What have you done in that time?
With our busy lives and packed daily schedules, it’s more than likely you’ve done a hell of a lot - but I guarantee you don’t remember every single thing.
Typically when we look back on our lives, the memories that stick out the most are the big things - the adventures, the outings, the days that were extraordinary.
So while it is crucial that we make even the most mundane of days fulfilling as we’re living them, it’s just as important that we set aside time to do the more exciting things that we will remember long-term.
This is where Live BIG Experiences come in.
These will be new, out of the ordinary experiences that you will schedule in every 8 weeks.
Think about bigger activities that you’ll need to actually set aside time to do. Things like:
Camping out in the yard with the kids
Going to that restaurant you’ve been meaning to try
Going on a weekend trip with friends
The point of Live BIG Experiences is to ensure you are able to look back on your year, and easily list off 5 or 6 significant memories that have stuck with you.
And the final ingredient in the Thrive phase… Misogi.
What Is Misogi And How Can It Invigorate Your Journey?
Misogi is a Japanese concept of purification through challenging physical and mental experiences.
Traditionally, it involves immersing yourself completely in cold water or standing under a waterfall to purify the mind and body.
But in modern times, the meaning has broadened; for our purposes, any activity that challenges you can be classified as your Misogi.
Essentially, the core concept of Misogi is this: do one thing a year that is so mentally challenging that it impacts and shapes the rest of your year.
The addition of Misogi in the Thrive phase highlights a commitment to pushing boundaries and overcoming obstacles.
You’ll want to sit down and have a serious think about what you want your Misogi to be for the year.
Typically, it’s a physical challenge - but it doesn’t have to be. If you have something in mind that’s more mental than physical, but it’s something you’re desperate to finally get done, that’s still a great choice.
To get the wheels turning in your mind, here’s a few of my own from year’s past:
→ Backcountry hut-to-hut mountain bike trip from Durango, CO to Moab, UT
→ Week long whitewater kayaking course and trip in North Carolina
→ Moved across the country
→ 50 Hour Kokoro Crucible event
→ Backcountry summit trek in Sangre de Christo mountain range
Misogi is your big opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, face your fears, and put your mental strength to the test; it has the power to propel you towards transformative growth.
You’ll discover what you’re truly capable of. You will be filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment, and carry that confidence through not just the rest of your year, but your life.
Embrace the discomfort and the growth; hold on to the knowledge that this experience will set the stage for an extraordinary year of personal development.
THRIVE: Your To-Do List
✅ Hold yourself accountable - use tools like working out with a friend, or conducting regular progress check-ins with yourself to keep yourself on track long-term.
✅ Choose and schedule your Live BIG Experiences - one new, exciting adventure to look forward to every 8 weeks.

REAL Change. It’s Time To Empower Yourself With An Approach That Goes Beyond Calories And Exercise
You’ve seen all the programs — 30 Day Sculpt, 6 Week Transformation, 16 Week Shred, etc… But, true “transformation” goes far beyond before and after photos; it's not solely about fitness, exercise, or food choices.
True transformation lies in being empowered with the knowledge, systems, tools, and skills to overcome the habits and mindset that hold you back from achieving the body, confidence, and lifestyle you desire.
Implementing the Meridian Method is a massive step in the right direction.
However, getting the absolute most out of this approach and realizing your maximum potential is incredibly difficult to do alone.
Over the years, I’ve seen that the biggest hurdle people face on their journey is feeling isolated and lost.
The best thing you can do to overcome this is to work side-by-side with someone experienced; someone that can give you the support to remain focused and keep you moving forward.
And that’s exactly why I created the Meridian Theory program - I will personally take you through the Meridian Method to ensure you leverage it to its full potential
Let’s move beyond crafting the perfect story around what we do “for a living” to building the vibrant story around WHO we are, WHAT we've done and what we're GOING TO DO moving forward.
Envision the experiences we'd have, the memories we'd make, the people we'd meet along the way...and the legacy we could leave.
And it starts with your health and fitness. The quality of your life shapes the legacy you leave…and the quality of your health is the foundation. That's the driving force behind this program.
It's time for you to live BIG and be the person you were meant to be.
ARE YOU IN?
It's time to embrace empowerment beyond fitness and nutrition.
Join us — and begin your practice towards achieving the body, confidence, and lifestyle you desire.

Maybe you're constantly feeling exhausted, struggling with lethargy and a lack of motivation.
Maybe you’ve found yourself starting diets or starting workout programs, only to lose steam shortly after.
It feels like a never-ending cycle, where you’re stuck in a rut and just constantly spinning your wheels.
Then you’ve got the pressures of home and work weighing heavily on your shoulders, leaving you desperately seeking a release.
Perhaps you turn to a couple of quiet beers, indulge in some unhealthy food, or maybe even resort to smoking as a temporary escape.
But you soon realize that these coping mechanisms only worsen the situation.
Because a few hours later when reality hits, the pressure still remains.
And let’s not forget how it affects your relationships…with your family…with your friends…even with your coworkers.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
Over the last 17+ years, I've had the privilege of working with thousands — many with a near identical story described above.
I have gotten them results.
And I can do the same for you.
It's time to regain the fire, get in control and start crushing life once again.
My mission? To help you SIMPLIFY, STRENGTHEN, and LIVE BIG through enhanced nutrition, fitness and mindset.
